Chris B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris is currently working at Go1 as the Director of Partner Development for Technology Partners. Prior to this role, they worked as the Interim Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Go1. Before joining Go1, Chris held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Go1 as well.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at ING Australia as the Operations Lead for KYC. Chris also has experience as the Head of Operations at Future Golf and as a Strategy and Leadership Consultant at Future Golf. Additionally, they served as the National Customer Experience Manager at Bright & Duggan.

Before transitioning into the technology and operations field, Chris was the Head of Operations for Australia at Splend. Chris had also taken a paternity leave during this time. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Operations Manager at SEEK Learning and as the National Sales Operations Manager at Solgen Energy Group.

Chris' career began at Fieldforce Services, where they initially served as the Field Support Centre Team Leader before being promoted to Mobilisation Coordinator and later as the NSW State Manager. Their work experience also includes playing semi-professional rugby union for several years.

Chris B. attended Heriot-Watt University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BSc Hons degree in Biological Sciences. In April 2023, they obtained a certification as a member of the LPI Membership Advisory Board from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
