Gary Burgmann

Gary Burgmann is a Senior DevOps Engineer and Senior Developer at Go1 since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in backend development primarily using Python (Pyramid), along with client-side technologies like ReactJS and Typescript. Previously, Gary worked at Griffith University from February 2017 to January 2022 in various roles, including eResearch & Specialised Advisory as a Development Engineer, and facilitated peer-assisted study sessions for students in computer science subjects. Additional experience includes software development at Carpet Call and OnApp Solutions, utilizing technologies such as Laravel, Angular, and Docker. An early career as a Coding Mentor involved teaching coding fundamentals to children. Gary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with Honours in Software Engineering from Griffith University, along with various certifications in web development.
