Iti Gupta

Iti Gupta has extensive experience in content management and IT support, currently serving as a Content Operations Associate at Go1 since August 2018, managing the content lifecycle and ensuring high standards of quality. Prior to this role, Iti contributed as a Content Support Specialist at Go1, improving learner administration and enhancing operational efficiency through standardized processes. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Wipro Limited, where first-level IT support and ITIL process facilitation were key responsibilities, and a Summer Engineering Internship at Ericsson, focusing on network performance analysis. Iti holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University, along with Salesforce Military Admin training.
