Laura E. has extensive work experience in data enablement and advanced analytics. Laura is currently the Director of Data Enablement at Go1. Prior to that, they held various roles at SEEK, including Head of Data Enablement and Data Practice Manager APAC. Before SEEK, Laura was the Head of Advanced Analytics and Governance at Shelde, where they promoted new service revenue and implemented machine learning data products. Laura also worked at Telstra as a Big Data Business Analytics Senior Consultant, where they delivered value to customers through big and fast data insight. Laura's earlier experience includes roles at EC Integrators and evaxyx, where they focused on data consulting and management engagements. Laura began their career at npower, where they served as a Data Specialist, Business Analyst, and Issue Analyst, contributing to compliance changes and identifying business improvements.

Laura E. attended BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT from 2007 to 2008, where they earned an International Diploma in Business Analysis. Prior to that, they studied at The University of Huddersfield from 2001 to 2004, earning a BA Hons in Business Management. In 2004, they also completed a CMI Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership at The University of Huddersfield.
