Michelle Yip

Michelle Yip is an experienced Engineering Manager at Go1 since April 2019, leading a global team on a key greenfield project and spearheading an internship program that emphasizes cross-team pedagogy. Previously, Michelle held roles as a Developer and Junior Software Developer, providing mentoring to junior developers and managing various front-end projects utilizing React and React Native. Additionally, Michelle serves as a Lead Mentor at Michelle Codes Australia, where in-person teaching on React is complemented by tailored educational resources to support students. With a diverse educational background, including a Dual Degree in Science and Engineering from QUT and a Diploma in Information Technology from Coder Academy, Michelle combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in pedagogy and mentoring.
