Aaron Joy

Aaron Joy currently serves as Associate Portfolio Manager and Partner in Long/Short Equities at Black Diamond Capital Investors, LLC, and Portfolio Manager and Partner in Long/Short Equities at The Charles River Growth Fund, both starting in February 2024. Additionally, Aaron holds the position of Director of Education at the Harvard Financial Analysts Club since January 2024. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Moon Capital, a Legislative Intern position with the U.S. House of Representatives, and various leadership roles at Phillips Exeter Academy. Aaron was Co-Captain of the Exeter Forensics Debate Team, Co-Head of the Exeter Entrepreneurship Club, Founder and Co-Head of the Exeter Investment Society, and Co-Secretary of the Student Council. Other internships include fellowships with Organize New Hampshire and Joyce Craig for Mayor, as well as an internship with the US Senate Campaign and Potomac Law Group, PLLC. Aaron's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy from 2019 to 2023.
