Brian Egan

Brian is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of Group CFO experience with large complex multi-country international organisations. He has vast experience working in emerging and developing economies across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and South America and also has substantial charitable foundation experience.

Brian was CFO of public companies in the UK and other international stock exchanges including the Nigerian Stock Exchange and Ventures Exchange in Canada. In addition, Brian has international Energy, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail and Sales/Trading experience. He has been responsible for Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, IT, Risk, Legal and Company Secretarial functions.
