As the owner and manager of ICON Outdoor AG since 1995, Werner has built a strong foundation in the market. Additionally, Werner holds the position of Managing Director and Member of the Board at Helinox since 2019. With extensive experience as a distributor for G3 Genuine Guide Gear, Cascade Designs, and GOAL ZERO Mobile Solar Technology, Werner has developed expertise in market development, sales, and aftersales services. Formerly the Head Agency for The North Face until March 2023, Werner's career began with a solid educational background, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences and Tourism from ETH Zürich between 1986 and 1990.
