Claudio Freda

Claudio Freda is a skilled Senior C++ Engineer currently working at Varjo since December 2023. Previously, Claudio served as a Senior Animation Engineer at Mainframe Industries for six months and worked at Remedy Entertainment Plc as an Animation Programmer on the Northlight project, where contributions included maintaining the animation stack and supporting multiple game teams. With experience as an Animation Programmer at Crytek, Claudio led the development of engine features and supported notable game titles such as "Hunt: Showdown" and "The Climb." Early in their career, Claudio worked as a Junior Animation Programmer at Crytek and as a VR Programmer at inVRsion, focusing on developing interactive VR experiences. Claudio holds a Master of Science in Games and Media Technology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering of Computer Systems from Politecnico di Milano.
