Thomas Ricci is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the VP of Culinary Development at Intelligent Foods, Inc., Thomas oversees product and menu development for Gobble Inc. and Sun Basket since January 2023. As a co-founder and Chief Culinary Officer of Gobble, Thomas has been instrumental in the company's philosophy of "Creating Love Through Food." Thomas has held executive positions, including Executive Chef at Left Bank Brasseries and LB Steak, and has a notable background as Executive Chef at several other establishments, such as Village California Bistro & Wine Bar and Lapis Restaurant. Thomas is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, holding an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
