Lauren Lake is the Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder at Bridgit, a company that focuses on workforce intelligence for the construction industry. Lauren is also a member of the Board of Directors at Communitech, a hub for innovation in Waterloo Region. Lauren was part of the 2014 Cohort at the Creative Destruction Lab and the 2013 Cohort at The Next 36 program. Lauren's previous experience includes an internship at Vector Construction Group, where Lauren worked on various concrete restoration projects across North America. Lauren holds a B.E.Sc. in Civil Structural Engineering from Western University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Toronto.
