Carbon Positive is an initiative by Debadarsan Consulting Private Limited, a DPIIT- and StartUp Odisha-recognised technology startup incubated at STPI Bhubaneswar. We develop digital solutions in the areas of sustainability, traceability, and employability, using technology and community-focused impact models to address challenges in agriculture, education, rural commerce, and climate action.

Carbon Positive is an end-to-end platform that measures, verifies, and monetises climate impact for PSUs, MSMEs, Agri FPOs, and agroforestry companies. We help organisations manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, identify high-value sustainability initiatives, and transform field operations into credible carbon assets.

The platform integrates satellite imagery, drones, remote sensing technologies, and blockchain-enabled traceability to deliver robust, cost-effective, and audit-ready solutions. From validation and ongoing monitoring to verification, credit issuance, reporting, and marketplace access, the entire carbon project lifecycle is managed seamlessly. By reducing manual validation and increasing transparency, Carbon Positive demystifies carbon credits and simplifies sustainability practices.

We also build traceability solutions that protect the identity, authenticity, and story behind locally made products across handicrafts, handloom, artisanal goods, GI-tagged products, and dairy.

MaatiTrace, our seed-to-seed solution, monitors the complete crop lifecycle by integrating satellite data, drone imagery, soil sensors, and agricultural traceability. It empowers exporters, FPOs, and food processors with end-to-end visibility, compliance support, and actionable insights across agricultural value chains.
