Catherine Staite

Catherine Staite is an experienced professional in customer advocacy and communications, currently serving as the Head of Customer Advocacy at GoCardless since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Customer Advocacy Manager. Prior to GoCardless, Catherine worked at Rackspace from September 2013 to February 2021 as Senior Customer Advocacy Manager for EMEA and Internal Communications Manager. Earlier roles include Communications Manager at Hornbill Service Management, marketing and communications consultant at peppermint penguin, and Communications Manager at eg solutions plc. Catherine started the career as an in-house journalist at TOTAL UK from May 2004 to December 2006. Educationally, Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in Drama and English from the University of the West of England and has further studies from the University of Wolverhampton, New College Shropshire, and St Dominic's School, Brewood.
