Head Of Revenue Operations at GoCardless

Chris Cook is an experienced professional with a strong background in revenue operations and sales enablement. Chris started their career at Visa Bureau, where they played a key role in building the Customer Operations function and managing a growing team. Chris then went on to join Practical Law Company Limited as a Client and Operations Manager, where they transformed underperforming teams and led various technical projects.

After that, Chris joined Thomson Reuters as the Head of Business Process - Revenue Operations, where they were responsible for strategic sales transformations, change management, and technology/process improvements. Chris later became the Director of Revenue Operations, focusing on revenue operations, change management, and commercial excellence. Chris managed a team of professionals and developed key relationships with commercial and technical leads.

Most recently, Chris worked at Deliveroo as the Director of Revenue Operations - Market Lead. In this role, they partnered with global commercial leads on all aspects of revenue operations and led a team of Operations program managers.

Currently, Chris is serving as the Head of Revenue Operations at GoCardless.

Chris Cook received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and German from the University of Leicester from 1995 to 1999. In 2007, they completed a Post Graduate program in Business Administration and Management, General at London South Bank University. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained the Certified Change Management Professional certification from Prosci in November 2020. Chris also holds the DSDM (Agile Methodology) Practitioner certification from the Agile Business Consortium, obtained in March 2010. Chris has also pursued other courses, including Business Analysis Practice from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY and the Salesforce.com Administrator Course from Salesforce, but specific dates of completion are not provided.
