Deepak Colluru

Deepak Colluru has extensive experience in product management and engineering roles. Deepak worked as the Director of Product Management at GoCardless from September 2017 onwards. In 2021, they became a Product Advisor at Net Purpose.

Prior to that, Deepak worked at Civitas Learning as a Product Manager and Solutions Engineer from 2015 to 2017. Deepak also co-founded BlikBook Ltd. (now part of Civitas Learning) in 2011, where they served as the Head of Product & Operations.

Deepak gained consulting experience at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in 2011. Deepak furthered their education at the London Business School, where they pursued an MBA from 2008 to 2010.

Before that, Deepak worked as a Sales Operations Intern at TATA Communications Ltd. (formerly known as VSNL) in 2009. Deepak also held the position of Senior Engineer at Xiotech India from 2006 to 2008.

Deepak's early career includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Veritas Software, where they led a team and delivered projects involving VxVM and VxDMP on the HP-UX 11.31 platform. Deepak also made contributions such as implementing code for making VxVM kernel tunables dynamic and serving as the go-to person for HPUX-related issues.

Deepak Colluru holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the London Business School, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, they completed a BE (Hons) degree in Computer Science at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and subsequently pursued an MS in Software Systems from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Deepak has obtained certifications in R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in December 2014 and May 2014 respectively.
