Dora K. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and employee experience. Currently serving as VP of People Operations & Total Rewards at GoCardless since March 2020, Dora has previously held key positions including Group Director of Employee Experience at both albelli-Photobox Group and Moonpig, as well as HR Shared Services Manager at Amazon. Experience also includes roles such as HR Operations Manager at Expedia Group and Human Resources Officer at Foster + Partners. Dora’s career began as a Recruitment Consultant Co-ordinator at PSD Hospitality & Leisure and has continued through various HR functions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire.
