Laura Latorre

Laura Latorre is an accomplished manager in customer success, currently leading the Customer Success Team at GoCardless since April 2021. As Co-Lead of the Inspiring Employee Resource Group, Laura is committed to promoting gender equality through initiatives aimed at expanding networks, enhancing visibility for women, and striving for equity within the organization. Prior to this role, Laura held multiple positions at Catapult (now Sona) from June 2017 to April 2021, including Renewals Manager, Customer Success Manager III, and Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and organizing networking events. Laura's career also includes experience as an Operations Executive at Catapult and as a Meet and Greeter and Guest Services Intern at onefinestay. Educationally, Laura holds a Level 6 Diploma in Acting from The Oxford School of Drama and attended The Latymer School.
