Ross Young is currently the Global Payments Partnerships Senior Lead at GoCardless, having taken on this role in 2025. They are also the CEO and Founder of RCY Consultancy Ltd, which they established in 2021. Previously, Ross served as Managing Director at Debit Finance Collections Plc from 2015 to 2020 and held the position of Operations Director there from 2006 to 2020. Prior to that, Ross worked as a Commercial Delivery Lead at Xplor in 2020 and in Product Accounts at Trafficmaster from 1999 to 2006.
