Binu S. currently serves as the VP Expert Community for Products and Services at Catalant Technologies, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Binu held the GM role for the Americas at Demyst from 2024 to May 2025, overseeing sales, customer success, and operations within the U.S. market. Binu's extensive experience includes nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, focusing on large-scale transformations, strategy, and customer success. Binu co-founded Bluefig, a startup specializing in digital services and automation, and served as a Business Change Leader at the Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as a Client Services and Technical Product Leader at Tata Consultancy Services. Binu began a career in software development at Syntel. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the University of Calicut.
