The incidence of work related stress and burnout is at an all time high.

GoChallenge is here to help. We’re putting the power back into your people. We’re starting a ‘movement’ movement. Why? Because on days when people get up and move their experience of work changes for the better.

The results of just 30 minutes of daily exercise with GoChallenge are incredible…

- 60% of people noticed a reduction in anxiety.
- 72% noticed an improvement in time management and work completion.
- 91% felt more engaged with the company’s mission.
- 41% felt increased energy and motivation.
- 50% felt happier.

To enable your teams to consistently perform at a high level you need to support and boost their physical and mental well-being. The most effective way to help your employees to feel good is empowering them to be active during their working day.

Exercise in particular is proven to be the most effective way to break the vicious cycle of negative thinking, feelings, behaviours and actions in your life. A single 30 minute brisk walk will increase your heart rate, which pumps more oxygen to your brain, immediately increasing levels of positive / happy hormones like dopamine, serotonin and noradrenaline.

That’s where our challenges come in. Our challenges are designed to help and motivate your team to get a minimum of 30 minutes of the recommended daily aerobic activity in a time efficient and enjoyable way.

By cultivating a sense of community and friendly competition, your people can connect and bond over something other than work. Our app removes the borders of time, location and team. Completing challenges as a team fosters improved connectivity, trust and confidence in each other's ability.

Is your business ready to step up and join the movement movement?
