Anna Harding is the Director of Customer Success at Cloudforce, where they empower organizations by leveraging data-driven change management and user adoption strategies. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a double major in Mathematics and Education, Anna later earned a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College and is currently a doctoral candidate at Notre Dame of Maryland University, focusing on Educational Leadership. Their professional journey includes roles as a high school math teacher, assistant principal, and district-level data administrator, all of which reinforced their commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and collaboration. Outside of work, Anna enjoys outdoor activities, dedicates time to family, and integrates their adventurous spirit with a strong sense of purpose.
