Currently serving as the Client Services Manager for Enterprise Accounts at GoCo since February 2022, Amanda previously held roles at Intelcom, where responsibilities included leading a dedicated B2B specialist team and acting as a senior customer service agent. Amanda's background also encompasses experience as a Dispatch Coordinator at CM Logistics, overseeing truckload brokering and relationships with trucking companies and shippers. Prior to that, Amanda was the Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager at Outsource Resolutions, where supervisory duties included managing a team, collections, and employee training. Amanda began the career as a Freight Forwarder at Maisliner, specializing in ocean imports.
