André M. Brown, MS, ACC, is a seasoned facilitator and program development expert dedicated to improving lives through coaching, consulting, and training in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). With over thirty years of experience, André previously served as a clinical training specialist in the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families and founded Racial Just Us in response to societal tragedies. Currently, André is a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp and holds the position of Vice President of DEIB for the South Florida chapter of the International Coaching Federation. André continues to empower professionals and communities through innovative coaching programs, including Coaching for Community, while balancing a passion for the New England Patriots.
