With a diverse journey that began as a globe-trotting DJ recognized by The New York Times, Joe transitioned into consulting for Fortune 500 companies after earning an MBA. Currently, Joe serves as an executive and leadership coach at multiple organizations, including SkillCycle and BetterUp, while leading Keilch Coaching & Consulting. Joe’s extensive experience includes working with notable clients such as Google, IBM, and Disney, focusing on empowering leaders to reach extraordinary success. Joe continues to pursue educational endeavors at San Francisco State University and NYU, studying African American Studies and Organizational Development, respectively.
