Kara Lund

Kara Lund has a diverse work experience in coaching and consulting. Kara is currently working as a Mental Fitness Coach and B2B Workshop Facilitator at Positive Intelligence since January 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Lund Global Coaching & Consulting, focusing on performance coaching and positive leadership. Kara has also worked as a Leadership and Positive Intelligence coach at Circle Strategies, Inc. and as a Leadership Coach at SkillCycle. Kara has expertise in voice and speech coaching through their role as the President and CEO of Speech Revolution, where they help individuals improve their communication skills. Kara has also worked as a Leadership Coach at Ace-Up, Premium Coaching to Develop Your Talent, and as an Affiliate Partner at Bates Communications and Octen Consulting. Additionally, Kara has served as a Guest Lecturer and Coach at HEC Paris and as a Guest Lecturer at KEDGE Business School.

Kara Lund obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master of Music degree in Voice Performance from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Kara has obtained several certifications to enhance their coaching abilities. Kara obtained the ACSTH Coach Certification from Goldvarg Consulting Group in January 2021. In June 2022, they earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Most recently, in May 2023, Kara obtained the Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) certification from Positive Intelligence.
