Atul Kohar is a seasoned food technologist with over 16 years of experience in manufacturing operations, specializing in production and quality within the FMCG sector. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at GoCongo since 2021, Atul has previously held prominent roles at IFFCO Group and Biscuit, Cakes & Snacks, where they excelled in production management and staff development. They hold an M.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology, along with a B.Tech and a diploma in Food Science and Technology. Atul is committed to teamwork, continuous development, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene in production processes.
