Dylan Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, Dylan worked as an Account Executive at Crystal Cove Wealth Management, where they gained valuable sales and customer relationship skills. Dylan then worked as a Regional Account Manager at KTS Networks, managing a large client base and achieving high customer retention rates. At Packet Fusion, Dylan served as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Account Executive, focusing on new business development and maintaining key accounts. Dylan later joined Wrap.co as a Director of Client Solutions, responsible for customer success, solutions engineering, and managing growth initiatives. Dylan then pursued their passion for software development by attending a bootcamp at Coding Dojo, where they learned full stack web development and completed projects in various technology stacks. Afterward, they joined Fitted Inc., first as the Director of Customer Success & Support and later as a Product Manager, specializing in e-commerce. Most recently, Dylan joined Consensus as a Product Manager, focusing on integrations and partner apps. Throughout their career, Dylan has demonstrated expertise in sales, customer success, and product management.

Dylan Smith began their education at UC Irvine in 2005 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2010. Following a break in their education, they pursued further studies in Software Development at Coding Dojo from 2019 to 2020, earning a Certificate of Completion. Additionally, in August 2019, Dylan obtained the Talkdesk Supervisors Certification from Talkdesk.
