Additionally, Laura worked as a Services Trainer/Consultant at 3C Customer Contact Center from April 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included product training and development of customer service strategies. Laura holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Faculdade de Arquitetura - Universidade de Lisboa, as well as specialization in Sustainable Architecture and Construction Systems.
