Dexter C. is a product design leader with 20 years of experience in building design systems and enhancing user experiences in complex products. They currently serve as the UX/UI Lead at Crisp and co-founded This is Our Day Job, Inc., where they also hold the position of Creative Director. Previously, Dexter has held various roles, including Design Director at Xtrarice, Inc., Sr. Art Director at MTV Networks, and Associate Creative Director at multiple agencies. They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Advertising from the University of Santo Tomas.
