Joe Bast is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of People at Crisp. Joe has held significant roles such as VP of People & Operations at Thoropass and VP of People and VP of Operations at Chewse, the latter of which was acquired by Foodee. In addition, Joe has contributed to HR Advisory as a Steering Committee Member and Founding Ambassador. Previously, Joe held the position of Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Hootsuite, with interim responsibilities as VP of People. Joe holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
