Tony Miller

Tony Miller has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tony started their career at Target in 2012, where they served as a Team Lead in the Bakery department, achieving significant sales milestones and increasing gross margin. Tony then transitioned to become a Vendor Performance Specialist, leading meetings with vendor reps and monitoring vendor reliability metrics.

After their time at Target, Tony joined Gander Mountain as a Vendor Performance Analyst. In this position, they updated vendor buying agreements, implemented a strategic vendor contract renewal process, and analyzed and projected future vendor monies. Tony also worked as a Merchandise Planner at Gander Mountain, developing seasonal and weekly merchandise financial plans, forecasting merchandise plans, providing space recommendations, and delivering merchandise analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Tony later joined Mid-States Distributing Company, Inc. as a Merchandise Planner, where they managed cash flow, sales budgets, and financial plans for the company. Tony then moved to Schwan's Company as a Category Manager, where they served as a category captain for Frozen Pizza, Desserts, and Gluten-Free products at Target. In this role, they led the reset/transition process, managed category strategy reviews with buyers, and provided comprehensive category reporting.

Most recently, Tony has been working at Crisp as the Director of Sales Engineering. Tony built the Sales Engineering team and implemented processes. Tony leads platform demos with customers and conducts educational and promotional webinars.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills, achieving success in various roles within the retail and distribution industries.

Tony Miller attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting and Finance.
