Andrei Nemes

Andrei Nemes is a Senior Software Engineer at GoDaddy since October 2022, previously holding the same position at Qubiz from September 2017 to October 2022. At Qubiz, Andrei collaborated on the design and implementation of various tools, including a recipe analysis and transformation tool and a truck route optimization API, while also fine-tuning a Tesseract OCR model for the German language and experimenting with NLP models for recipe classification. Responsibilities included writing unit and integration tests, extending CI/CD pipelines, automating ML model training and deployment using Azure ML, and coaching junior developers. Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea din Oradea, earned between 2015 and 2019.
