Liz Spada is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management across various industries. Currently serving as VP Total Rewards & HR Operations at GoDaddy since September 2022, Liz leads global Compensation, Benefits, M&A, Global Mobility, Analytics, and HR Operations. Previous roles include Vice President of Total Rewards at Nuance Communications and Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Pegasystems, where Liz managed comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
