Rita Wilson

Rita Wilson is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and total rewards, currently serving as a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst at GoDaddy since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rita worked at Discovery Inc from May 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Tuition Reimbursement program for all US employees, alongside positions as a Total Rewards Specialist and Benefits Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles at PerfectServe, Inc., the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, and the Knoxville Dermatology Group, where Rita developed skills in member services, medical records management, and customer service.
