Tough. Relentless. Dedicated. Advocates.

Jim Godes and Joe Preis are veteran civil trial attorneys, with over 30 years of legal experience between them. Much of this time was spent at mid-to-large regional and national law firms, including some of the largest firms in the country. Our clients have increasingly expressed concerns about the inflexibility of skyrocketing rates charged by most larger law firms, particularly in these difficult economic times. The Godes & Preis, LLP, platform allows us to provide the same quality at very competitive legal rates. We are now able to provide the best of both worlds: big firm talent and experience and a more flexible and entrepreneurial platform.
