Benjamin Jackson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Benjamin started their career in 2007 as an intern at Boeing, where they gained experience in functional analysis and writing test cases. In 2008, they joined Boeing as a Systems and Data Senior Analyst, where they developed and supported applications for supply chain and inventory control. Benjamin also attended courses to enhance their knowledge of security compliance and best practices. Benjamin then worked as an IT Media Services Irregular Help at Lewis Clark State College from 2003 to 2008. Since 2014, they have been working at Godfrey Systems as a Software Quality Assurance Lead, managing QA tasks and developing test cases for web-based software applications. Benjamin also provides technical input for design questions and undefined requirements.

Benjamin Jackson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Lewis-Clark State College from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the same institution between 2001 and 2006.
