Wusi Chen

Wusi Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and product design. Experience includes a mechanical engineering internship at Kingston focusing on the design of test fixtures for solid-state drives and stress analysis using Solidworks. As a mechanical engineer at Zebra Technologies, Wusi Chen designed PLC-based fixtures and developed systems using microcontrollers for barcode scanner testing. Currently serving as a product design engineer at Goertek Electronics, prior roles also included a manufacturing engineer position at Inspur Systems and a graduate research assistantship at Stony Brook University, where Wusi Chen contributed to energy harvesting projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central South University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, achieving a 4.00 GPA.
