Mark Ligunas has been working in the corporate world since 1999. Mark'sfirst job was as a Warehousemen at Judge & Dolph, Ltd. In 2004, they moved to Insight Enterprises, Inc. as an Inside Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts, where they managed twenty Fortune 500 customers and quickly learned and operated SAP. Mark was also responsible for managing five other inside account managers on different sales teams, developing cold calling skills, understanding of Fortune 500 company IT operations, and supporting accounts by cross-selling and up selling products from a vast product offering of over 500 OEM manufacturers. In 2005, they joined Exceed Group as a Global Account Representative, where they were responsible for making daily and long term decisions concerning new vendors, price structure, payment terms, and logistics. Mark also built current distributor relationships and collaborated with key personnel on a monthly basis, surveyed accounts, ensured proper product positioning and pricing strategies, monitored backend manufacturer rebates on a quarterly basis, coordinated entire operations process from ordering to allocating, and produced a quarterly purchasing report highlighting current vendor spending. Additionally, they maintained and tracked rotating monthly inventory of $750,000 and supported 9 Senior Account Executives. In the same year, they were promoted to Operations Manager, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Verizon, ATT, Sprint, and T-Mobile, and developing a one of a kind wireless cost savings tool, Mobil-Eye. Mark'sfocus was on reducing the “total cost of distribution” including on-time performance, route optimization and advancement of supply chain efficiencies overall, and driving cost reduction through best practices and continuous improvement activities.

Mark Ligunas attended St Joseph High School from 1994 to 1998 and then Illinois State University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Psychology.
