Benito Chua

Benito Chua is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Strategic Partner at goFLUENT since April 2018, where responsibilities include the audit, development, and deployment of strategic initiatives focused on culture building, employee engagement, and remote management. Previously, Benito held the position of Human Resources Manager at goFLUENT from July 2014 to December 2017, overseeing global recruitment, process development, compensation and benefits research, and labor relations. Prior roles include Trainer Manager positions for both Alabang and Eastwood, managing teams of trainers and emphasizing compliance, training standards, and team development. Benito's career began as a Trainer at goFLUENT, focusing on business communication training for clients internationally. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Ateneo de Manila University.
