Senior Customer Success Manager

Hannah Splitt is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience in leading client solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at goFLUENT since December 2025, Hannah previously held various roles at Learnship from November 2015 to December 2025, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Deputy Team Head Client Solutions. Prior experience includes project management roles at Stiftung Zukunft Berlin and A Soul for Europe, as well as an internship at Musik Podium Stuttgart. Hannah holds a Master of Arts in Cultures Littéraires Européennes from the Université de Strasbourg and another Master of Arts in the same field from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with a Bachelor of Arts in European Cultural History from the University of Augsburg.
