Dillon McDonald

Dillon McDonald is the current President at GoFor. Prior to this, they held various positions at National Grid, Enjoy The Work, A3Ventures, and Greenstart.

Dillon has over 10 years of experience in the energy transition investments sector. Dillon was responsible for making energy transition investments in alignment with National Grid strategic priorities, and giving our portfolio companies an outsized chance of success through Incubation in our San Francisco office. Some of the companies Dillon invested in include Copper Labs, Leap, Omnidian, Carbon Lighthouse, and The Hive.

Dillon is also a Board Member of Enjoy The Work, a company that helps people enjoy their work by providing resources and tools to help them be happier and more productive.

Prior to their current role, Dillon was the Managing Partner at A3Ventures, where they helped the company invest in early stage companies across a wide range of sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and more.

Before their time at A3Ventures, Dillon was a Partner at Greenstart, where they helped the company invest in early stage clean technology companies. During their time at Greenstart, Dillon helped the company invest in over 30 companies in the clean technology space.

Dillon McDonald has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
