Elli Perklén

Elli Perklén is a change management professional currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Gofore since 2024. They have extensive experience in change management, having worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at CCEA Oy from 2013 to 2017 and then as a Business Process Specialist at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2010. Elli's earlier career includes serving as a Process Development Specialist and Project Manager at Nokia Oyj from 1997 to 2007. They hold a Master’s degree in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, completed in 1995, and have international educational experience as an exchange student in the USA. Additionally, they have been involved in decision-making processes in the city of Espoo as a member of the Espoo City Council and the Early Education and Education Board.
