Petri Munkki

Petri Munkki is a management consultant specializing in design thinking, intelligent industry, digital society, and customer value. With experience as a senior service designer in value creation for service and business design projects at Funnel Oy, Petri has also taken on roles as team lead and project manager focusing on customer experience and insight services. Prior experience includes business design for customer value creation projects at Vere and serving on the advisory board for customer experience at Vastuu Group Oy. Additionally, Petri was the CEO at Hoika jäsenpalvelut, overseeing a scale-up project, including P&L responsibilities and product ownership. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Service Design from Turku University of Applied Sciences and studies at the University of Turku.
