Beginning a career at Nokia as a SW Design Engineer, Timo progressed to roles including Lead Fault Manager and Lead SW Fault Manager, focusing on process development, quality assurance, and team training. After transitioning to Microsoft, Timo managed software fault operations for Windows phones and continued to enhance project management capabilities at Affecto and CGI, leading healthcare-related software projects and fostering client relationships.
