Jaymes Jackson has been employed at Boeing since July 2023, specializing in the assembly and mechanics of the P-8A military plane. In addition to this role, Jaymes is the founder of F.A.S.T. (Fathers Against Street Tragedy), a nonprofit organization established in April 2009 aimed at uniting fathers to help steer children away from the dangers of drugs, gangs, and violence. Jaymes' personal experience as a former at-risk youth motivated the creation of this initiative. An educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law from Everest University-Tampa, completed between 2006 and 2008.
