Michael Phan

Michael Phan has a diverse work experience in the field of HR/people operations. Michael started their career as an Administrative Consultant at Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at The Sourcery, where they recruited for various positions in different industries. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an HR Generalist at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, providing HR support to multiple departments. Since 2019, Michael has been working at GoFundMe, initially as a People Operations Generalist, then as a People Operations Partner, and currently as a Lead People Partner.
