Michael Groos is a seasoned senior manufacturing leader with over 24 years of experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing. They have held various roles, including Operations/Machining at H&H Die Mfg, Inc., Operations Manager at Kay Manufacturing Co., and Engineering/Operations Manager at Chicago Extruded Metals. Currently, Groos serves as the Manufacturing Manager at GCM, while also having held the title of Operations Leader at Rexnord Aerospace. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Eastern Illinois University in 2000.
