Steve Lambert is a seasoned performance engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving at Gogo since June 2016. Previously, Steve worked at NOKIA NETWORKS from 2011 to October 2015 as an R&D engineer in network systems, focusing on enhancing quality of experience for mobile subscribers and leading feature teams for LTE functional improvements. Before that, Steve held various positions at Motorola from 1993 to 2011, including distinguished member of the technical staff and senior principal staff engineer, where responsibilities encompassed performance analysis and system optimization for CDMA and EVDO systems. Steve holds a Professional Master's degree in Cyber Forensics and Security from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2017 - 2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Louisville (1987 - 1993).
