Prior experience includes serving as Strategy and Business Development Director at McKinsey & Company for five years, providing consulting services across various industries, and co-founding BijlesMatch, a tutoring service in the Netherlands, where over 400 university students provided academic support. Tom Dijkstra's early career includes roles as co-owner of Cruise Control Chauffeursdiensten and a graduate intern at BE Semiconductor Industries N.V., along with a research internship focusing on ocean wave energy at the University of Groningen. Tom Dijkstra holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Groningen.
