Rohit Mehta

Rohit Mehta is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in flight operations and management. Currently serving as a First Officer at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since October 2022, Rohit previously held key roles at Air India Limited as Deputy Controller and at Air India Air Transport Services Limited as Assistant Controller in the Radio Communication Department. Rohit started his career as a Flight Operations Officer at Team Bhadra, where responsibilities included flight plan filing and meteorological data briefing. An educator as well, Rohit worked as a Pilot Ground Instructor at Gujrat Flying Club. Academic qualifications include a Type Rating on A320 from Haite, a Bachelor's degree in Aviation from the Institute of Aviation and Aviation Security, a Multi Engine Rating from FTM New Zealand, and a Commercial Pilot License from the Academy of Carver Aviation. Initial education was completed at various institutions including Saint Francis Junior College and Dalimss Sunbeam School.
